The Nebulon-B Frigate (officially designated The EF76 Nebulon-B Escort Frigate) was originally intended to be an asset of the Imperial Navy, but was more famously used by the Rebel Alliance and later by the New Republic. The frigate filled many roles within the Rebel Fleet but was popularly used a Medical Frigate.
