Shipping Policy

Often times our shipping updates are sent to spam or promotional email boxes. Please be sure to check there before requesting a shipping update.

In order to save you money on shipping; Custom Brick Sourcing and  Pre-Sourced MOCs are shipped separately. Do not be alarmed if one package arrives before another! All items in an order will have accurate tracking data. We assure all customers they will receive there order or get a full refund!

Shipping Information

For Pre-Sourced MOCs: These items are sourced and packed internationally. These can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to ship. Orders will be shipped once brick sourcing is complete. Brick sourcing can take anywhere between 2-10 days (depending if new bricks need to be molded). All shipments will include Tracking Numbers. You can track your shipments here. Feel free to contact us at support@starbricksbuy.com if after 20 days of transit the product has still not arrived, or if you were not sent tracking information after 10 days. We will resolve any issues. Brick sourcing is a tedious and time consuming task. Thank you for your patience.

For Custom Brick Sourcing: Upon payment, your brick list is immediately sent to our warehouse where we gather all the required bricks. This process can take anywhere between 1 and 3 business days depending if new bricks need to be molded. When the order is fulfilled it will require another 10-15 business days to ship. The total time to receive is 15-18 business days. All orders will include Tracking Numbers. You can track your shipments here. Feel free to contact us at support@starbricksbuy.com if after 25 days the product has still not arrived, or if you were not sent tracking information after 5 days. We will resolve any issues. Brick sourcing is a tedious and time consuming task. Thank you for your patience.
